Pink Tourmaline Tourmalines come in a wide range of colors, from red, pinks and peach to green, yellow and blues. Pink tones are caused by trace elements of manganese present in the soil as the tourmaline was forming. In the 1890s, California was a major source of pink tourmaline, most of which was exported to China as it was the favorite color of the Dowager Empress Tz'u Hsi. Tourmaline is an October birthstone, as well as the 8th wedding anniversary stone.

Full Cut Full cut diamonds: A round brilliant cut diamond can also be called a full cut diamond if it features the cutting standard of 57 or 58 facets.

White Gold White Gold use in jewelry is first associated with Art Deco, as yellow gold was out of fashion and it is an alternative to platinum, which had become increasingly more expensive after 1915. 18K gold is softer than platinum but has more than enough strength for everyday wear in fine jewelry, particularly in earrings, bracelets and necklaces.

Unique Elements
We chose these pink tourmaline and diamond drops for the intensity of their deep pink color. These earrings stand out and belong with a great cocktail or formal evening look, either adding a pop of color to black or navy, or complementing a vibrant floral outfit at a warm weather gathering. They are a year-round way to add a rosy glow .
